Kajol Slips in Pink Saree at Durga Puja, Saved by Son Yug, Video Viral


Kajol faced a bad situation at a Durga Puja pandal, while on the stage she accidentally slipped and lost her balance. Luckily, her son Yug, who was right next to her, caught her hand and saved her from falling. A video of this moment “Kajol Slips” has become viral on social media and the internet.

Durga Puja festivities are in full swing in Mumbai city and Bollywood stars are celebrating with enthusiasm as always especially Bengali families.

After being included in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2021, Durga Puja has become a global event.

In the video, Kajol looks gorgeous in her pink saree as she welcomes people at a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai. But as she comes down from the high platform, she appears to be lost in her phone, which causes her to lose her balance and almost fall.

During this, the phone falls from her hand. Luckily, his son Yug and sister Tanisha Mukherjee were there to support her and prevent an accident.

Another video showed Yug helping his mother despite Kajol’s distress and making sure that she was okay, which was evident from his facial expressions.

It can be seen in the video below that after this incident, Kajol’s son Yug is worried and scared and hugs his mother again and again.

Worried fans on the internet and social media heaved a sigh of relief when they saw that Kajol was fine. They acknowledged that accidents can happen to anyone.
On a lighter note, a user wrote a dialogue from Kajol’s popular film DDLJ, “Bade bade shehrao me chhoti chhoti batein hoti rehti hai Seniorita”

Durga Puja, a grand Hindu festival celebrated with great enthusiasm in India and especially West Bengal, holds a special place in the cultural heritage.

The UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity is a list created by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

It includes elements of intangible cultural heritage from around the world that are considered to be of great cultural importance and in need of preservation and promotion.

The list is updated every year and aims to raise awareness of the importance of preserving and celebrating cultural traditions, and practices.

Durga Puja, lasting ten days, is a community worship of the Hindu goddess Durga. It involves the worship of intricately crafted clay idols in pavilions, known as “pandals”, uniting communities in joyous celebration.

Kajol: The Bollywood Star

Kajol, born on 5 August 1974 in Mumbai, India, is a famous Bollywood actress with a remarkable career. She made her acting debut in 1992 with the film “Bekhudi”, but it was her role in “Baazigar” (1993) opposite Shahrukh Khan that catapulted her to stardom.
